OUTDOOR TRAINING: Cooking workshops for practical training
In our school we offer the possibility to carry out activities suitable for short duration, outside of the employment environn1ent for whatever business, to enhance the abilities for a working team, with a vision based on learning through the direct experience in whatever activity, related in general with the cooking and hostelry.
The goal is to provide situations that promote behavioral guidelines among the employees within business:
- To promote attitudes within team work, bettering professional and personal relationship.
- To increase the motivation towards the goal in businesses.
- To develop and fluid and receptive communication.
- To reinforce flexible behaviors within the working teams.
- To promote and better the cultural learning.
- To incentivize attitudes that promote leadership.
PLANNING EXAMPLE FOR 100 participants
17:00 pm Start the different educational lectures in groups:
- Elaboration and tasting of beer course.
- Initiation to wine testing course.
- Cocktail and cups elaboration course.
- Salads, soups and thick soups elaboration course.
- Elaboration of fresh Italian pasta and its main technique course.
- Elaboration of rice without broth, "paella" course.
- Brownies in rice pudding cream elaboration course.
20:00 pm End of the educational lectures.
We deliver all elaborations in the eating hall area, buffet style, for each one of the educational classes for tasting.
20:30 pm Dinner.
In the eating hall the buffet and the food elaborations are tasted by the participants. The delivery of certificates of participation in the program.
- Ham, cheese and cured pork loin.
- Stewed legumes.
- Mixed lettuce.
- Red onion.
- Hard boiled eggs.
- Tuna in oil.
- Boiled potato.
- Grated carrot.
