The Higher School of Gastronomy and Hostelry collects the award of recognition of the FEHR

The director of the Higher School of Gastronomy and Hostelry of Toledo, Manuel Conde, has been commissioned to collect the recognition award that the Spanish Hostelry Federation has made to the educational center, at the X National Hostelry Awards Gala.

Manuel Conde had words of thanks for the teachers and the team that every day makes it possible for hundreds of Hostelry and Restoration students to be trained in their classrooms. "This award is for the whole team, because without them it would be impossible to carry out the work that is done in the School".

The Gala, held in the Toledo Theater Rojas, was chaired by the Mayor of the city, Milagros Tolón. It was attended by personalities of the hotel industry in Toledo, but also on a national level, since among others, he received one of the prizes of the night the restaurant of Chef Eneko Atxa, who, however, could not receive it in person.
