The Higher School of Gastronomy and Hostelry was inaugurated on May 19th, 1999. It is a private center with official public professional cettificates (The Official diary of Castilla La Mancha no. 63 05-22-2002), it has become a regional, national and international model, thanks to various teaching processes based on quality and excellence, that intents to be reached with guaranteed professionals endorsed by a reputable education, due to an urgent demand from this sector, that claims the following necessities:
